Our team

Our Professional Service team helps get our clients up to speed fast, designing and producing procedures, experiences, and environments for the SynergyXR platform. We collaborate closely with client stakeholders, to define needs and develop solutions, such as virtual showrooms and training environments.

Your role

As XR Experience Designer, you will be part of the Pro Service team, designing and producing virtual experiences and 3D environments for the SynergyXR platform. 

You will be engaging with product owners and client stakeholders, to understand needs, design concepts, and develop and present pitches, for virtual showrooms and training environments. 

With the responsibility for the overall design, flow, look, and technical setup of virtual experiences and environments, you will be building environments and working closely with 3d specialists to populate them with assets. 

The ideal candidate

• You have experience as an architect, a scenographer, or a similar profession with a strong spatial design understanding. 
• You love your profession and are passionate about architecture, graphics, and meaningful design. 
• You have solid digital and 3D skills, with a good understanding of technical constraints, along with a good eye for aesthetics. 
• You have excellent communication skills and an understanding of client needs and areas of operation. 

What you’ll do here

• Engage with client stakeholders to help define needs and solutions. 
• Develop spatial concepts for virtual showrooms and training environments 
• Design and present pitches for stakeholders 
• Design and setup XR experiences on the SynergyXR platform 
• Design and produce virtual environments. 

Let’s talk if you

• Have professional experience as an architect or scenographer. 
• Have good digital and 3D skills. 
• Have a strong portfolio of environment, exhibition, and/or architecture work.  
• Possess a strong understanding of concept development. 
• Understand how businesses work. 
• Understand the role of meaningful design. 
• Are creative, visually strong, and master graphic design language. 
• Can handle independent project management.  
• Love the idea of working with new technologies like VR and AR. 
• Are fluent in English in both writing and speaking (Danish is a bonus). 

It is a huge plus if you are familiar with 

• Virtual Reality 
• Blender3D and Substance 
• User experience principles 
• Concepts of spatial flow and interior design 
• The Unity Engine and game development in general
