SynergyXR is a powerful presentation platform that helps companies share big ideas in augmented and virtual reality. We believe all teams, from sales to service, work best when they’re able to communicate their ideas, products, and solutions faster, stronger, and easier. Augmented and virtual reality let you do all of that, but until now it’s been expensive and complicated. Your role

We are looking for an HR Assistant to support our HR team. You will take ownership of a wide range of HR matters, including employee branding, recruiting, onboarding programs for new hires, event planning, lunch programs, etc. 

What you’ll do here:

  • Contribute to our employer branding strategy
  • Manage the employee handbook
  • Support recruitment related administrative tasks, including creating job descriptions, handling of applications and assessments, coordinating and planning interviews
  • Oversee pre-onboarding and onboarding of new hires
  • Administrate our employee lunch program
  • Help plan staff events
  • Ad hoc tasks
  • Working hours will be 10-15 hours a week

Let’s talk if you:

  • Are near the end of your Bachelor or just started with your Master’s degree. 
  • Are interested in solving several different types of HR-related tasks of both a strategic, administrative and practical nature. 
  • Have some knowledge of employment law 
  • Speak and write English and Danish  
  • Can multi-task and adhere to deadlines  
  • Are well organized  
  • Can communicate with and present to team members at all levels  
  • Are highly adaptive and flexible, comfortable with ambiguity
